There is a brand new restaurant in town, Larch, is the name soon to be on everyone’s lips. The bar, and caf\u00e9 from Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. Located at 1 Sky Garden Walk, Larch<\/strong> offers a modern trattoria experience with an expansive al fresco terrace and a desirable location in the heart of the city. I was so impressed with my experience that I submitted it to be shortlisted for this year’s 5th Annual British Restaurant Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant offers all the charm of a casual neighbourhood eatery with a menu that champions authentic Italian cuisine. From cicchetti and antipasti to pasta and pizza, Larch has it all. The Burrata Bar is a must-try, offering the indulgent cheese three ways. Other Italian starters include truffle arancini, classic bruschetta, and calamari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For mains, guests can choose from three different pastas, a risotto, and a selection of perfectly topped pizzas. Lighter options include a seared sea bass with cannellini beans & shaved fennel, parmigiana di melenzana, and a Caesar salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant’s interior design is inspired by the natural world meeting the metropolis, paying homage to the evolution of re-wilding. The materials and furniture have been sustainably sourced, and eye-catching design elements include a bespoke oak honeycomb tile bar and natural plaster walls brought to life with real pressed flowers. Painted murals, commissioned from University of the Arts London students, tell the story of an ever-changing landscape as nature meets the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Larch also has a caf\u00e9 and shop on the ground floor, offering the perfect spot to grab a coffee, sandwich, or pastry before browsing the Sky Garden gift shop featuring gardening gifts and souvenirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you’re looking for a quick working lunch, after-work drinks, or dinner with friends, Larch offers a truly unique dining experience that is sure to appeal to City workers and visitors alike.
