Radio Mafia<\/em> <\/strong>are a multi-genre Irish five piece band who have just released brand new single \u2018PREACHER\u2019\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>which came out on\u00a0 April the 23rd.\u00a0<\/strong>The first release since the\u00a0\u2018Don\u2019t Think About It\u2019<\/em>\u00a0EP<\/strong>\u00a0last summer.<\/p>\n

\u2018Preacher\u2019\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0is an amazing track, with an amazing message,\u00a0 fantastic guitar play and an unmistakable sound.Radio Mafia certainly manage to create an engaging sentiment with Preacher a vibe which is much appreciated with the current global climate. We decided to catch up with\u00a0Radio Mafia<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for an interview with\u00a0Camden Monthly.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

What inspired you to get into music?<\/strong>
\nThe band originally started as a four piece to play at our keyboardist Daves 21st birthday. After playing at his birthday he joined us on keyboard and guitar and we began to start writing our original material<\/p>\n

How would you describe your music?<\/strong>
\nOur music is very multi genred and multi layered. Each person has their own completely different musical taste and that joyfully bleeds into the music we make, letting us play around with any genre we feel we enjoy.<\/p>\n

What would you say is your recording and song writing style?<\/strong>
\nOur writing style is a very group orientated affair. usually written during our rehearsal times all 5 members chip at the musical marble until the perfect rendition of the song is chiselled away.<\/p>\n

Where would you like to see your music career in 5 years time?<\/strong>
\nWould love to be on the release of our second album and see what genres and song we come up with then<\/p>\n
